Truly a GEM! Hands down the most exceptional dental work I’ve ever had. My experience was incredible! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Nancy or Diana and you feel welcomed. Gloria, Betsy and all the office staff went above and beyond only to compliment the efficient work done by Dr Salgado-Reyes! They all treated my emergency with kindness and compassion. Their insight brought me relief and I’m forever grateful to have found them! Thank you for healing me and for taking such great care of me.

Excellent care and Compassion I had a wonderful experience with this office. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to evaluate my dental problem and explained everything clearly. What impressed me the most was that they called me the very next day to check on how I was doing after my visit. When I told them that the pain medication wasn't controlling my pain, they listened to my concerns and immediately prescribed a stronger antibiotic to help treat the infection. Their compassion , prompt response, and dedication to patient care made me feel truly cared for during a very difficult time. In July 2025, Dr. Burguera performed a root canal that lasted approximately 23 minutes and charged $1,500. It was the fastest root canal I have ever received. Unlike every other root canal I have had over the years, no two week follow up appointment was scheduled or offered. Two weeks after the procedure, an X ray still showed infection around the tooth, yet I was told the infection would resolve on its own and no retreatment was recommended for nearly a year. When the tooth was finally retreated in June 2026, I spent more than 40 minutes lying flat in the dental chair with my mouth held open by a mouth prop. During the procedure, Dr. Burguera and her assistant Gloria left the treatment room at the same time and both of them were gone for approximately six minutes, according to my watch. During that time, I was left completely alone with my mouth propped open, gagging on my own saliva and becoming increasingly distressed. Feeling that I could no longer continue waiting without assistance, I got out of the dental chair despite being disoriented from the multiple anesthetic injections that had numbed my entire mouth. They claim the CT scan is necessary for the consultation and have you sign a form that says it MAY not be covered by insurance and they do NOT advise you of the Out of Pocket costs ahead of time. They give you a total cost and never provide a breakdown of the charges, unless you ask for it. This office either is scamming people or they have an incompetent billing manager. They make you sign their forms about the CT scan because THEY KNOW MOST INSURANCES DO NOT COVER THIS SCAN. Oh and did you know DENTISTS/DOCTORS CAN SET THEIR OWN PRICES?! Google states Out of Pocket costs for a dental cone beam CT scan should be $150-$300 in Florida. $390 billed to me for a CT scan that took 2 - 5 minutes to scan and review.... and on your sad excuse for a receipt that you sent me, it doesn't even provide the billing codes for me to verify with my insurance. Yet you claim the doctor cut me a deal and gave me $195 off the CT scan. But the dental claims that do go through insurance only cost $110 or less (and then the insurance company gets cut a deal)... you are robbing your customers in a time where every penny counts. I had my root canal done by Dr. Burguera. The doctor and everyone else at the clinic are very nice. The clinic is nice looking and very clean. The root canal procedure was painless. I hope i get to keep the tooth for a long time after having my root canal.
